As per title, id like to fit a/c to my "new" Brumby.
Id rather not drive into my local a/c shop and bend over whilst they swipe my credit card.
Any advice appreciated.

I think most A/C units I have seen in Brumby and MY have been the after factory fits anyway. Some invoved cutting the back end of the glovebox out and others did not. You go to a wrecker and tell 'em what you wish to remove in order to get it up and running in your beast.Ask to be able to pay once and come back for more working bits for no extra at a later date if need be.

Buy a rusty 84 tourer, you'll get A/C, Power Steer, Power Windows, Central Locking, a spare motor, suspension etc etc etc.
Strip everything off that you want and then sell the shell for scrap metal.
