Fuse box lid for... a subaru?

hey all, I'm a complete n00b with subaru. I just bought a 95 gen 2 liberty with a full jap spec wrx conversion. I know Nissan and Toyota Gear, never seen under the bonnet of a suby till now hehe, so i hope you can help me out.
This one hasn't got a lid on the fusebox, therefore I don't know what fuses are for what, or if there's any missing etc. Would it have the 95 liberty fusebox or the japanese wrx one installed? Where could i get one also..., some fuses are looking a bit gunky.
No top of that I have no high beam at all, in fact I have no lights period when I put high beam on. Blow beam works, and they are good lights, i think they're aftermarket, but as soon as i flick it to high beam, everythiong goes out and i'm driving in pitch black.
Any ideas/suggestions would be much appreciated
cheers
Simon

The light relays are the ones at the rear of the fuse box in the engine bay and the fuse for them areone of the Green ones "i think" as i cant find paper work here. How good is the combo switch on the steering column? There is a light fuse in under the kick panel as well.

well it seems my lights are running, well at least were running off a 15 amp blade fuse... and are now running off a 25 amp blade fuse cause i somehow blew the 15 amp, i think with the stereo. Sounds dodgey huh...
What switch on the steering column...? It's an aftermarket wheel as well... I took the cover off under the wheel where the fuse boxes in every other car are, but there is not fuses under there i can see, def no box. Is the one in the engine bay the only one>

The combo switch (Combination switch) is the indicators wipers and lights.
If you get down and look at the accelerator pedal then poke your head under the dash and look to the kick panel just behind the front edge of the panel is a black cover behind that is your fuse panel.

sounds like you might have hid's that are lo beam only. have a look around for hid ballasts in your engine bay

i think they are hids cause they are kinda blue looking and fairly bright... How do i fix this...?
Where does the electronic ariel wire come in? and the antenna... Cause i have both connections on my head deck.
Anyways. Can someone take a photo of their engine bay fuse box lid please?

as far as the hid's you will find they and single beam h4 and will not have a hi beam element in them.

ok the guy at repco said they were 100W or something and too much for the wiring hence were cutting out BUT. I noticed yesterday that when i pull the stick back high beam works (although it's very poor, and probably worse than high beam... I wonder if they are hooked up wrong so high beam and low beam are switched around... But yer when i click the stick foward lights go out. So it seems they have high beam capabilities, but for some reason are messed around or something?
And i'm guessing i'll need a new light stick?

something else i found yesterday, next to the kick panel fuse box, is a switch which i realised turns my gauge lights on and off, but there is a tiny red push button button next to it and i pressed it but i have no idea what it does...
