Hi,
Just wondering if anyone knows which fuse/fuses under the bonnet of an 05 outback supplies the auxillary fuse panel inside the car under the steering wheel.
My plan is to install a low voltage cutout to prevent my stereo and inerior lights from flatting the battery (therby preventing me from starting the engine)
cheers

your going to run into trouble with things like central locking and the immobiliser if you do something like this.

I was thinking similar Dane, Replace interior lighting with LEDs and they shouldnt be a worry. As for the radio you could put the voltage cut out behind the head unit.

Thanks heaps guys, much appreciated.
What I'll do is run the 2 rear cig lighters (for the fridge), VHF, Radio, and interior lights from a new bus bar somewhere inside the car, that's linked to the battery via a low voltage cutout.
Cheers

if you are doing a fridge a second battery IS A MUST!

on that car if you pull the main supply to those items you will also pull the supply to the BCM and without that car no go.
