EA82 5MT FTAWD Wiring diagram

Post by BrennyV » Mon Aug 13, 2007 5:11 pm

He lads, just seen if anyone has the diagram as id like to hook up all the dash lights.

Really need to know when the diff lock is on or off and also the rest of the wiring coming from the box. I have the cluster to suit just no idea on wiring.

2ndly I found myself a set of solenoids to actuate the diff locker and noticed were the factory mount is that there is a plug that suits the solenoids? Can this be used and were dose the wiring goto?

Thanks in advance
Brendan

Wiring

One option if you keep the Aus cluster you can wire the diff lock sensor through the 4wd circuit so the green 4wd lights only come on when the diff lock is engaged. I did this when I had one of the AWD boxes in an L series. As for the facorty wiring there may be a corresponding plug near the gearshifter for the difflock switch etc.

Bump.

Any other input?

I do not have the same issues as 4Muff however would welcome some possible solutions.

legacytt - i do like this idea (as a backup though).
