Hi guys,
I am in the process of putting together an awesome l series wagon. I have an 89 omega sedan, It is the 1.8 Fuel injected NON turbo. I want to put this engine into the wagon, however the loom i want to use is from a turbo. I cannot swap the computers cos it doesnt fit, so i was wondering if the turbo computer from the wagon will run exactly the same setup, just without the turbo????

one thing I know is that TURBO efi had 3 plug and 4 plug ecu, maybe yours won't fit coz of the plug number difference ???

Yes the plugs r different thats y i was wondering if the turbo computer wud run the non-turbo engine.

well, i got a 3 plug in a turbo and figure it is the original, its part number is 22611 AA002 also got A11 000 972 on it if that is any help.

have seen people ARGUE both sides of your thoughts here
