What is 7V on the Brumby gauge cluster ?

What is 7V on the Brumby gauge cluster ?

There is a &V supply by the looks of the PCB on the back of MY GEN2 gauge clusters. Anyone know what it is for ? Lighting or gauges fuel and water temp ?
