Faulty indicator

Hi, I changed the bulb in my indicator on the outside of the guard on my 89 Vortex, thought that would be it but it won't work, all the other indicators work. Any ideas? Thanks

test pos + power coming in ? test the earth side as well, any corrosion in socket ?
