If you want factory power windows you'd need the mechanicals/regulators out of an MY touring wagon or Leone sedan. Along with all the wiring, switches and center console.

Alternatively this kit comes with everything to convert your old manual winders to electric http://www.rapidelectronics.com.au/prod ... ndows.html
Someone here on the forum has used this kit with good results and I've got the 4 door version to put in my wagon.
Will it ever end!?

-L series 5 speed
-Custom paint job
-2" lift

thanx for that
the kit price is on sale at 165 for 2 door or 195 for 4 door.
might be better off getting the 4 door kit and having spares.

Should have mentioned the 4 door kit comes with a 4 switch cluster and wiring loom (for the drivers door) as well as 3 or 4 separate door switches. 2 door kit comes with 2 door cluster I think the wiring could be different. I haven't even un-wrapped the wiring in my kit yet so I couldn't say for sure.

Yes wiring is very different. Having installed many electric window and central locking kits make sure you get the right one for your car.

The only electric ones we got in Aus were the 2 door coupe ones but I've heard of others (Subarino comes to mind) of fitting the 4 door motors to the Brumby regulators but never tried this myself. I have personally seen what JayJay (60766244) used and it looked great.

Yes you can fit the 4 door MY Touring wagon ones to the Brumby, Just have to modify the motors, very very simple modification. I put a thread up years ago about it.

That's good to know Matt, as my son wants to fit electric regs to his Brumby. I have lots of 4 door ones. Have you got the link to your post? I know I can search but I was thinking this could help the OP as well as anyone else

Feel free to PM me too. Awesome conversion.

Then add in central locking, AC, PS and cruise  Keyless entry is the next item to be done!

Cheers
