climate control vs non climate control

hey guys i have just done a conversion on my 92 lib with rs wiring and engine but the rs loom had climate control and i have plugged my non climate control,control unit in and it doest work ?
it closes and opens all the feet,face ect valves. and when i try turn the aircon or heater on it just turns the thermos on no air is coming out of the dash ?
