Replacement ECU for 2001 B4

does anyone know of a replacement ecu that will run this engine and can be tuned. Noone in WA will do the ECUtek retune and i dont really want to have to post my ECU over east to get a halfass tune put in it and still have to pay full price. But my car is badly in need of a tune and im not confident in the piggyback system in working as i think the standard computer is too much of a problem.
