Vortex alternator no fit L Series easy

Hope that says it all to register in the trivia section of our brains. I have an LR165 alternator, assumed to be 65Amp off Vortex EA82T I think due to power steer reservoir near it being Vortex low clearance style. Had multi rib belt pulley. I cut a v belt pulley bush down to 9 mm long to help belts and v belt pulley line up with my existing stuff on the EA82T to find that it fits up to the L bracket long bolt pivot point yet the adjustable slider short bolt is about 20mm out. Either need custom bracket or pinch a Vortex alternator support.
