Gen 4 stereo harness

Hi all. I was wondering if anyone has a wiring diagram (or info) for MY05 Gen 4 Outback stereo? Was hoping to upgrade from 6-stacker CD to the 6-stacker MP3 of newer models, but apparently the A/C won't work if I do a straight swap?
