Electric mirror switch?

I have a L series Touring Wagon with power everything (if it worked),
and I can't for the life of me find the electric mirror controls. Where it is ment to be?

the adjuster switch was on my dash rhs, the actual control box is under rhs or lhs front seat I think. I have some of those bits somewhere. central lock lhs? power windows rhs? more boxes under rhs than lhs, under seat under carpet remove side carpet plastic trims?
