Window Electrical Problems

Ive got some problems with some of the electrics in my car. I was wondering what are the causes of these problems and how to fix them myself. This is what the problems are:
1. Front Passenger Door window dose not wind all the way up to the very top (i can hear on the freeway that the window is whistling very loud and ive compared it with the other windows and it seems like it can go up another centermeter, you can see also it dosent go up snug fit into the seal).
2. Driver Door master switch for the driver window dose AUTO go down all the way with one flick but dose not wind all the way up with one flick, instead the button has to be hold all the way down untill the window had fully wind up
3. Left Rear Window dose wind up and down on the door switch for that door, but cannot be controlled by the master switch in the drivers door.
Ive only bought the 1991 Subaru Liberty GX a little while ago so i was wondering whether i can fix these problems myself instead of paying a shit load for someone else to do the same thing. Would a bit of WD-40 solve the first problem?
