Fitment of 87+ instrument stalks to 85 L series

Ok so I got bored on the w/e and decided to pull the Leone to bits (as you do)
I figured it was time to replace my broken and shabby looking pre 87 L series dash and wile I was at it the stalks also! This is were the fun started. Obviously the wiring running to my previous stalk just had indicators and dip for the lights, so the wiring harness was going to be butchered. So as I was running all the new wiring hooking up the lights indicators I hit a brick wall!
The god dam window wipers stalk! I cannot figure out the wiring to save my life. So rather than blowing stuff up I thought I’d ask if anyone has under taken this before and if there is any tricks or something missing I need to change.

Thanks
Brendan

Easiest way to do it is take all the wiring from a post 87 donor car, the entire dash and instrument cluster as well. Fit this in your car and your done. It would be the easiest way to do it.

You'll need a new dash surround as the light switch will change from on the dash surround to the indicator stalk and same with your wipers...

Good luck
