Distributor Cap. What is replacement

Post by brumby beginner » Sat Jan 27, 2007 10:28 pm

I went out today and bought the Bosch GH609C distro cap as this is the listed replacement part. Got home, low and behold, doesn't fit.
Can anyone tell me the right product code for the replacement cap.

Also, I am progreessively replacing everything (within reason) and I want to know if there is a specific model for the coil.

Engine is EA81

Thanks all

Is it worth me taking the cap in with me and getting them to hunt around or is there somewhere I can look to find the model number etc??

Take it in and they will match it up for ya mate, all comes down to what style/brand/make the caps are...
