2021 Outback "safety" features?

Post by Outblack » Tue Sep 07, 2021 5:00 pm

Any ideas on how to hack/work around the plethora of lane keeping and auto stop start functions on these new models. On my previous 2016 Liberty you could turn these off with physical buttons and they'd stay off but on this "advanced" model you have to disable them every time you start the engine! :-x

I had a similar experience with Hyundai iload. Traction control is woefully super sensitive and a pita. Had to hit a button to turn it off at every engine start.
Dealership can change settings for you to your desired configuration.
