aftermarket reversing camera tailgate wiring
aftermarket reversing camera tailgate wiring
Hi there, I was given a reversing camera for Xmas, and want to fit it to my '11 Outback. How do I get the wires through the conduit between the body and tailgate? How do I get the plastic interior cover off the tailgate to access wiring? A Haynes or Gregories would be great but not available yet!!

Hello
Welcome to the site! I hope you have fun here and learn a bit.
A bit of poking about had me find this:
http://www.subaruoutback.org/forums/99- ... guide.html
I haven't read it in detail but it should give you a basic idea of what's what.
Have fun with the new vehicle, I'm sure it's magnificent.
A luxury outback is my eventual goal for my ultimate car somewhere distant in the future, after I build the house, and shed.

Otter the 2004 Outback with all the fruit.
