OK I know this is a bit late but for very simplistic wiring I bought from Supercheap Auto a spot light wiring kit for $20.
It is all plugged togeter with relay, fuse, switch etc and all you need to do is mount the relay, fuse and switch after running the generous amount of wiring they supply to your lights (not included). It all comes as one complete set up and can be unplugged and replugged as you pass the wiring through the car. Not sure on the relay rating though as I am still putting mine in at the moment.
May be an idea for others.
