Rear power socket

Post by stephendean » Sat Jul 17, 2010 9:29 pm

Hi,
I have a 98 Liberty Wagon. I noticed that some models of this wagon came with a 12volt power socket in the rear. I am wondering if the wiring would be there already so that if I wanted to install a socket I could wire it into the loom that could be there? The wiring diagram in the manual that I have does not show any of this wiring.
And on a similar train of thought if I were to get hold of the spot/fog lights that fit the front bumper - is the wiring there already and also is the wiring for the switch be in the right location in the dash. I assume I would need to instal a relay.

Cheers in advance

if your going to install a 12v plug, just install one from the battery with proper wiring and cables, and most factory setups cant handle much, especially if your intending to run fridges etc?
