a tip for wiring in a fuel pump

hey guys i found out why my ea81 swap was running out of petrol, i was taking the power for the pump from the carby and coil switched power, it must have been dropping to below 12v's and stopping the pump from running and draining power from the coil. lol woops
got it hooked up to a new switched power and it all runs great. the pump was not able to keep up with the demand for fuel once the motor was running .
