Tappet clearances

Anybody know what the tappet clearances are for an ea81?
10/1000 " and 12/1000" exhaust hot or cold I cannot remember
I set mine witth its sports cam and it sounded like a chaff cutter. Eventually decided on 4/1000" hot for both
