hello all you knoledgeble people. tell me all you can abot these SVX autos. are they any good? does the manual button even stop the TCU changing gears? where can i get wiring info for this mess, and also after a Computer has been wet (ie underwater) will she ever go again. looks/smells like brand new, cant see any damage. cheers all.

yes they are a good auto, plenty strong enough behind an EJ22

if that TCU has been wet you need to disassemble it completely, clean it with a circuit board cleaner like safewash (or methylated spirits is good too) and then dry it in an oven at around 40-50deg until its completely dry.

if it has been powered up while wet its probably stuffed, but you miught get lucky.

I thought the auto in the SVX was the same as the auto found in Libertys of the same era.

Fairly sure rigolis H6 twin turbo drag wrx uses the svx gearbox so its prob strong enough for an ej22...
