Tailshaft / uni joints

took my brumby for a rwc the other day and one thing I was knocked back on was play in the uni joints. on closer inspection it looks to me that the uni joints are the non replaceable type. ( I gather you can tell by if there are clips holding them in? ). I did a quick search and it seems that they can be converted to the replaceable type, but the cost is a bit high. so my question is, can I swap it for another tailshaft with replaceable joints (earlier model?) and if I can't find a brumby one, will the wagon ones fit?

failing that does anyone near townsville have a tailshaft they don't want?

Glad its sorted. For future reference the tailshaft place I've used here in Perth charges $100 per uni joint to replace the "non-replaceable" type with new replaceable ones.

no sorry I dont, they are the ones the tailshaft dude thought best. I didn't think to become that involved in the process.
Although I think I will next time because one of them has started to flog out again....I'm going to look into getting them to put something more substantial in.
