Oil change

I'm doing an oil change on my EA82T tomorrow and want to make sure I get everything I need. I have a noisy lifter so I'm getting some Nulon lifter free for that. 15-40 oil? Synthetic or not? Should I use engine flush first? Also have a leaky seal somewhere so should I add Nulon stop leak? Too many things in the oil at once?
