I have found kits on ebay but none for a motor of that age.

Subaru cannot help with part numbers?

Yes it would be, but finding a timing belt kit for a turbo 1993 EJ20 motor is the problem.

you got the part numbers for the early WRX kit Jarod? if so share them please.

If it's still the original EJ20 engine then it will be the same as the early WRX kit. Both RS and early WRX use the EJ20G engine. If the engine has been changed at any point then you'll need to look at the Timing Belt Tensioner. If it has 2x bolts holding a long skinner tensioner then it will be the early one. If the tensioner is help in by 1x bolt (and looks like it pivots off that bolt) then it will be the later model.
