They work on exchange, no biggie there as they replace all the bearings and syncros at the same time. I also hear "ka-ching!, ka-ching!, ka-ching!" rolling over as you talk about this!taza wrote:I might have to send my Gearbox to them soon enough for a rebuiltMight get a front lsd while im gettign it done. Maybe a better centre lsd too.
Bennie if it needs to be done it needs to be done. I will keep driving my Subaru though until 1st gear is gone completely. I know it will cost around the $2000 mark probably. But If I do get it done all new syncros will be added aswell as a new 1st and 2nd gear. Then since the box will be out I might get a lsd, saves having to pull it out and do it laterEl_Freddo wrote:They work on exchange, no biggie there as they replace all the bearings and syncros at the same time. I'd be budgeting for more than that figure, especially once you include freight etc.taza wrote: I know it will cost around the $2000 mark probably.
