1985 touring wagon with 3 speed auto how many rpm for 100 ks

if any body has any experience on how many revs my 1985 automatic touring wagon should be doing at a 100 klm it would be much appricated

It depends on your final ratio but from memory about 3500rpm for a 3.7 final ratio.

When my 85 auto touring wagon was totally standard cruising at the speed limit saw right on 4000rpm. Speed limit in SA is 110km/h, so I would imagine the RPM at 100km/h would be just a little less than the above.

thanks guys do you no if you can stick a 4 speed auto in 1985 touring wagon or no where i can get a diffrent ratio i want to give it longer leggs thanku for any replys

Not easily.try chucking 27" tyres on, dropped my tourer to just on 3000 rpm at 100 kph.
