EJ22 manifold plumbing

Ok, got the throttle body sussed, now for the next query - the coolant and breather plumbing that I dismantled months ago and now can't put back together.
There's coolant going through the throttle body and through the air bypass controller, and in and out of the pipe across the top of the engine. Any pointers on what goes where?
Also the breather hoses - there's a big one out the top of the block, which I think branched off to the ABC, manifold and inlet duct. Pics would be grouse.
Thanks,
Dane.

Dane.. On the drivers side the small coolant hose (that comes off the throttle body) goes to the x-over pipe under the manifold and the passenger side hose (comes off the IAC valve) goes to one of the heater hose pipes (near #4 cyl) and the middle hoses are linked together. Hope this helps or someone with a Liberty handy can take a pic for ya. Hint.. Hint.. Julian

Awesome, thanks fellas. It's mostly back together now, just chasing an electrical gremlin.

Little black and white furry bastard called a mogwai, who likes wreaking havoc.
It's throwing codes for all the injectors, but a noid light says they're pulsing. It won't turn the fuel pump on. Also has a crank sensor code, which I think could be because it still has an EJ18 crank pulley in there.
Haven't spent much time looking at it yet, and really can't be arsed with it atm. Went out today test driving new cars instead.

Im pretty sure the lower the code number is the more important the sensor. Also that u should solve the problems starting at the lowest code number first because these can cause other sensors to malfunction.
According to my book your Crank angle sensor is code 11 (lowest possible code number). Also i would bet that if this sensor is not picking up a pulse it assumes the motor is not turning over (eg: in an event of a head on accident) this could make the ECU not engage the fuel pump. Is the Fuel pump primming when you first turn the key to ON before u start??
Im just throwing ideas here... i have never seen or heard of that problem before.

No, it isn't priming the fuel pump. It is pulsing the injectors, so it must be getting something out of the crank sensor, but the signal might be corrupted by having the wrong crank pulley.
What does the injector code mean? Open circuited or there's something else wrong with them? I did turn the ignition on before connecting the manifold harness, so it might have stored a stack of codes then.
I'm back to work for two weeks tomorrow, so I'll get stuck into it again after that. There'll be more questions then too
