has anyone used an auto radiator (from an 89 L) with tranny cooler on a manual engine and use the tranny cooler part of the radiator for engine oil cooling?

worthwhile? or not?

I cant see why not.

Where are you going to tap into the oil system?

I did thought of that a while back when I had automatic radiator in manual, but didn't think it was worth doing, Someone I knew connected up power steering to the radiator and worked as a treat...

If I wanted to cool down engine oil etc I would use external radiator and can be done But with manual transmission, the oil is too thick to be shifted around.

Somewhere I read it off for EJ22, there is two points right under the engine that you can connect up... but you will need to modify the right size valve/connectors etc

is the radiator tranny cooler rated to engine oil pressure. Good thinking out loud though
