my rear joints onto l series axles ?

hey guys i have a set of MY rear axles with great joints and boots. and my l series ones are completely shot. is it possible to swap the joints onto the L series axles so they are the right length ?

The L Series cups are longer [deeper] than MYs but are the same otherwise. You could use the good MY races in the L Series cups.
