I am just aout to pull the clutch out of an Outback and am wondering what is the easiest way? Is it easier to the engine out or gearbox off?

It always been an arguement there, I find it easier if remove the gearbox while engine is mounted. Ive done when pulled engine back but it aways hard to push it back in place.

Yeah the gearbox seemed really easy to get out. I had it out in 4 hours with a busted lega and a cold....
