The stock bov does its job nicely. Why do you want to change it?

It doesnt have a so called psi rating cos the moment there is more pressure in the big pipe than the in the vac line, it opens and redirects the air.

Aftermarket bovs are highly over rated and over marketed. The factory bov is put in place for one reason only... to keep the noise down on gear changes, aka... flutter

Thanks for your info. The reason to change it is that it leaks boost and after maybe 16 years it needs replacing. I went to the local Subaru dealer and he advises Subaru don't have them anymore. I do want to buy a new factory bov so if you know where a new can be bought let me know. Cheers Peter

Bosch Blow Off Valve - Plumb Back @ Tweakt.net

This is very similar, but pricey

Are you sure its leaking?

All factory BOV's hiss and sound like they are leaking when you are at partial throttle and making boost... this is because there is more air pressure on the top (turbo) side of the throttle than the bottom (engine) side.
