Reverse wiring from liberty dual range gearbox?

Post by stinky » Sat May 24, 2008 4:54 pm

I've been cleaning up a few things on the new brumby to get it ready for RWC, one thing I've noticed is that the reverse light wiring isn't hooked up. I can't find any wires on the gearbox to hook them up to, there's a set that appear to be for a lo-range dashlight, but I can't see any reverse wires.

Anyone able to point me in the right direction ?

It's a manual, so it wouldn't have a neutral switch i don't think? There's a set of wires hooked up which I assume are for the dual-range switch, the reverse switch cables from the car's loom are just hanging loose. I can't find a second set of wires coming from the gearbox.

aggh, just found the switch, the wires have been snapped off at the switch, so I'll have to try find a new one. The switch itself just looks like it unscrews with the use of an appropriate sized spanner ?
