ea82 engine for sale

I have an ea82 eng from my 1995 l series wagon for sale in Adelaide
it has done around 260000 klms complete with inlet/carby distributor etc
the motor is getting tired as it uses oil and blows smoke after going down a long descend. I have recently taken care of all of the external oil leaks by replacing the head gaskets, rocker cover gaskets and through bolt seals,front & rear crank seals and oil pump seals/o'rings etc Would be good as a motor to recond. or as a runner while you do your own up ?
I have replaced my eng with a 2002 ej20 impreza eng.
