Has anyone replaced a Canister Purge Control Solenoid?
What did it cost? Where did ya get it?
I've got a code 35 in the Lib and both my CPCS's test bad...

Hi Daza i got the same problem the check engine light comes on intermittently
i haven't got one yet:(

It's a little solenoid that switches the vacume to the charcole canister, it hides under the intake manifold just behind the steering pump.
Will have to price a new one, sounds like it's not worth chasing a secondhand one.

Find a new one if you cam but you can as most ones second hand have broken ports on them

Hint: when you replace it mount it above the manifold or on the strut tower. Leave the old one where it is. Saves having to pull the manifold off.

i bypassed it and wired in a resistor for the rwc...

but should probably fix it properly now i've got time...
