Clutch replacement

Post by jimmeh14 » Sun Jul 17, 2011 7:11 pm

Hey guys,
i fried the clutch on my lib today :(
started taking apart the front drive shafts etc before i ran out of light,
would it be easier to drop the box or remove the engine?
i need to replace the clutch in the space of one day as i need it for work.
its an 05 lib awd.

Jimmy.

If you have an engine crane or block and tackle then I'd probably take it out with the engine. If not, a large floor jack can help with some wheel ramps too. It's a heavy box, I know you can do it with just one person, but I would highly recommend two!
