Hey im after a gearbox for my 1994 subaru liberty LX FWD manual. If anyone knows a website where i can find one for a decent price or if anyone has a spare im very interested as mine has blown up! :( :(

You have to pull the gearbox out yourself, they wont answer phone calls to help you as you have to come and pull it yourself.

Have a look on RSLC, there is a few guys there that are selling FWD gearboxes after conversions.

Be aware........ there is an confusing during "94" era, is your Liberty Gen 1 or 2 1994 model? (people are confused with their Liberty either Gen 1 or 2) Because, Gen 1 Liberty had 3.9 final drive, whereabouts Gen 2 has 3.7 final drive.

Thank you heaps guys. Really helpful :) i found a box in moonah for $250 which i am very pleased with, well gotta get it in now! found a guy to put it in for 400 + i have a couple of other jobs for them to do while they are there, so got me down to around $800 from $1300 so im happy. Just pray it all goes down extremely well =)
