With enough effort you probably could but in my opinion it is to thick and too dense to provide effective cooling.

I think you would do better with something thinner with a larger frontal surface area, like an air conditioning heat exchanger, I wouldnt expect that you would need anything huge though with the relatively low boost you are running.

Hm I think it might be okay, enough heat seems to come out of them in the cabin, but I spose it has a fan helping things along.
Subarino I dug out the MY one tonight, its there if you want it. I also have several Lib ones on hand for comparison.

**edit - you can also join two or three heater cores together to expand cooling capacity, place them in different places around the front of the car - maybe even in the wheel well like some cars have them?

i managed to get my wreck's air con thingy radiator (mental blank on the name) in one piece, maybe that could work. else its going in the bin.

Well this is what i would need to be perfect... something about 3cm thick x 10cm heigh and 50cm long. Obviously it can be smaller than that but not larger.

This is if i want to go with one large heat exchanger. There could be other options going with this heater core idea.
