A full service is a very big job.
Includes
Replace Timing Belt
Replace Engine Coolant
Replace Engine Oil
Replace Engine Oil Filter
Replace Air Filter
Replace PCV Filter
Replace Spark Plugs
Check/Replace Plug Leads and Rotor Cap
Replace Brake Fluid
Replace Diff Oil
Replace ATF
Replace ATF Filter
Replace Rear Diff Oil
Check all joints inc Ball, Strut Top, Swaybar, control arm, uni, mounts, rear swing arm, rear diff.
Check all hoses
If you are confident with all this (especially the timing belt) then you will achieve a better knowledge of your car and save some money.
If not, pay someone - it won't be cheap, but it'll be done right (hopefully) and come with a warranty...
