2 random engine q's

is the gasket on the way out or is that just some random 'feature' of an old car doing the best it can. Certainly having no engine related troubles with the car at all at the moment. Uses about a litre of oil every month or two, but then it's done that for a long time. REPCO's nationwide warranty 42 point check didn't pick up anything... not that it would really surprise me...

Should there be a nut on the end of this ? Just seems a little odd to me. Never had one in my memory though.

every litre of fuel u use a litre of water passes through the exhaust just somethin engines do (i think some old guy at work told me this)

nup doesnt need a nut the alternator has the threaad in it

1. thats just condensation. My gen3 liberty does it. So does my old man's gen4, perfectly normal.

2. i cant answer cos i dont know much about ea81's...

1 - completely normal

2 - threaded thru the alternator mount thingo wteva u want to call it
but evry1 has said already
