Digital Dash problems

My dash has been doin funny stuff..its been offroad (sittin on pavement being fixed) for awhile now and battery has been disconnected
all that was done was a driveshaft seal and g/box oil change and gear lever play fixed up.
havent touched any electrics axcept disconnecting those for the aftermarket radio and disconnecting the power window controls when taking centre console out which wouldnt affect nething imo.
now when i turn the ignition on it starts whining (really annoying sound like constant beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep)
also there is two orange lines that turn up under the speedo which have never been seen before and looks like this
if you leave the ignition on and dont start or nethign it will jsut stay this way until u turn it back off or start the car which it goes completely blank and after that goes to normal although if you do leave the ignition sitting on for long enough it will go straight to normal when its started which looks like this
i dont no why it does it its stupid lol and i dont want it to stay liek this for to long if it can eb helped and i wouldnt say i need a new dash as it works fine after its hiccup at the start which is like 15 20 seconds if you start it straight away that therell be no displays at all
