Last night i had a CV go and start making an almight crunch and vibration when i go around any corners at speed. After pulling the CV out i find it has been running (wear marks show this) on the last 1/3 of the inner cup thus cauing the outer part of the inner cup to give way. The Ute has King Springs, 2" body lift kit, camber adjustment kit (pushes control arms out approx 10mm) and polyurthane bushes other then them it is standard in the suspension area anyway.... Can anyone suggest why it is wearing so far out, it is approxiamately wearing 20-30mm from were it should be. I am open to all suggestions.

Cheers
Matt

Edit, the vehicle is a Brumby, incase you didn't guess. Also can post pics if required.

The fact that your control arms are pushed out to give better camber is the root cause of your problem. A small change in length makes a big change on the CV's.

Cameron my understand was the the that the amount you push the control arm out is the amount the cv moves out in the inner cup, however i will look into it.
