Injectors - Spot the difference!

Injector on the left is a 550cc high flowed jobbie, purchased ages ago with the intention of going into my coupe. Injector on the right is a stock EJ20G 380cc unit.

I had previously sat the injector in the rail and it seemed OK, however I'd not tried to fit them because I knew the rest of the fuel system wouldn't keep up. I've just gone to fit them and the little caps wouldn't push down over them, and at this point I put them side by side. Quite a few differences.

Can anyone tell me how I can fit these in? Perhaps by fitting later model / aftermarket fuel rails? More to the point, can someone tell me what they'd be from? The guy said something about being the full 550cc from a JDM STi, but I thought the yellow tops were 440cc?

You have a MY99 side feed...most likely a std 440 MY99 yellow....

I just sold a set of 720CC my99 injectors..

You need <99 injectors...unless you want to go bosch top feed with custom rails or somthing...

There are a few options you have...non that easy or cheap but there are options.... unless v3sti ones(440) will do you !...just sold 2 sets !

Hmmm... so these are MY99 ones, makes sense now.

440's will certainly do, you don't have a spare set do you OS? Haven't seen you in a while either, gotta catch up!
