How do I get the black rear window trim off ??

I painting my liberty wagon , how do I remove the dam black rear window trim ./I need some help before I smash the dam window !

Mate that would be great .I am doing the body repairs this friday & hope to have paint on saturday / sunday .
I am sure I will return the favour at some stage .
