Subby running rough

Post by stephendean » Thu Aug 27, 2009 9:43 pm

Noticed this problem today when driving my "L" series subby around. I pull up quickly at traffic lights the engine would start to run rough and miss.So I would slip the trans into to neutral and rev the engine slightly and it would come good. Any thoughts on what could be causing this problem?

Thanks in advance

Have you checked idle speed and timing?

After reinstalling my ej on the weekend i'd kept the idle high after running the new oil through, it idle'd like crap when being driven, but settled down after i'd readjusted it and the computer remembered what an engine was...

Checked your plugs and leads aswell?
