Brumby brake repair help needed

PROBLEM 1...Went to change front pads and when fitting them I found a leak from one of the seals. Pulled the calipers apart and found them ok for new seals. Problem is it seems the 83 brumby has a slightly different caliper and getting new seals is becoming a tough job. Put the calipers into the brake shop to see if they can sort it.
PROBLEM 2...I thought i'd better check the rear drums and found one with a leak. Tried to source out a seal kit at Repco with no luck, PBR don't even have 83 listed in their catalogue. Subaru (last gasp) have no kits and 3 rear cylinders in Sydney at $119 each, I'm in country W.A. I'm not tight, but thought that price a bit over the top.
Anybody been in a similar situation who can advise or point me in the right direction, or at least tell me who stocks them?
