front bearings went big time today!there is no subaru dealer here so i was wondering, does anyone know bearing numbers? there is a place that sells every one you can think of, i just need those numbers? can you help? front and rear if you know them!

I just went into a bearing joint and told them what my car was and they looked it up for me, just ask for sealed ones. Should set you back about 120 all up for both fronts.

hmm i got a price the other day for $35 a side. (front bearings for a subaru l series 88).

PLEASE make sure you get sealed bearings..especially if you plan on doing some 4x4 work. They should outlast the rest of the car.

But yeah i got my l-series sealed bearings for $120 a pair.

My liberty however(2001 gen3) the bearings are a tapered roller type. $230 for a single genuine subaru item with new seals.

From A bearing Supplier number is 6207 for early subies eg Brumbys l series vortex etc
So many optioins not enough time or money:confused:

86 brumby. i already asked if the supplier knew which ones i needed but they didn't know, they said if i can get those numbers they can try and get them!
