Hill Holder Brake Lines

A mate has a manual Gen1 lib and is going to convert it to an auto, plans are for it to be a drag car. He wants to swap out the hill holder lines (under bonnet, run around passengers side I believe) as to reduce braking failure and weight to the car. And put in lines from auto (without hill holder).

Now I have a Gen1 auto, which he would be able to use the lines...
But I will only do this, if the hill holder lines will fit in my car without too much stuffing around, I'm wondering, is this possible to put hill holder lines in an auto?

You're asking
Why I'd want to do this anyway, as its an auto... Well down the track, I'd like to convert my lib to a manual, if the right box pops up and having hill holder brakes already under the bonnet installed ready would be nice.

I don't see how it would work anyway, as I'd need a clutch at least thrown into the mix, as it determines when the hill holder brake is released...

Anyhoo, cheers for any info,
Bumpty.

I'm trying to remember how it all sits but I'm almost certain that it won't interfere with anything as the clutch won't be there to engage it I don't know if the brake lines are interchangeable but if there is no one out there that confirms this or denies it pm me in a week or so and ill look at mine.

might be easier to just put your own lines in.
it doesn't cost that much.

Cheers, for the responses.
Andrew, which lines do you think it'll b easier to put in, replacement ones or the hill holder ones?
