l series timing after transplant

hi just did my first mpfi transplant ,timing is radical as last post said. but upon transplant we changed all original wire harness sensors ,is there a set way to netralize the comp like earth one loom plug eg;ea falcon its like taking vac addvance hose off hmmm can any one shed some light .manual 4wd tour wgn cheerz mick
